What we collect
When you submit our quote form we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, and optionally your email, ZIP code and project details. Our site also records basic technical information such as the page you submitted from, so we know which service you were asking about.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: contacting you about the work you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with marketers. If you gave text-message consent, we may text you about your quote; reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Analytics
We use standard analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages get read. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Keeping and deleting your data
Lead information is stored securely and kept only as long as it is useful for serving you. If you want your information deleted, email sam@shuksansepticinstallers.com and we will remove it.
