New septic installation

Building a home, replacing a failed system or developing raw land? We install complete onsite sewage systems and carry the job from your approved design through the county's final approval.

What a full install includes

A septic install is more than digging a hole. The system has to match the approved design on file with the county: tank size and placement, drainfield layout, distribution method and any required treatment components. We set the tank, build the drainfield, plumb the distribution and set risers to grade so the lids are accessible for future service.

The county inspects the open system before backfill. We schedule that inspection, walk it with the inspector and only close the trenches once the system is signed off.

Gravity, pressure and everything above

If your site has deep, well drained soil and the right slope, a gravity system moves effluent to the drainfield without a pump. Shallower or tighter soils usually call for pressure distribution, where a pump doses the field evenly through small diameter laterals. Some sites need more treatment before the soil ever sees the water: aerators, media filter chambers, UV units or proprietary systems like NuWater and OSCAR. We install all of it, and our advanced systems page explains how each type works.

Which system you need is set by the soils and the approved design, not by us. What we control is the quality of the dig, the bedding, the plumbing and the finish grading.

What it costs and how long it takes

Septic installs vary too much site to site for an honest price sheet. Access, soil, groundwater, system type and haul distances all move the number. That is exactly why the quote is free: send us your approved design, we walk the site, and you get a real figure instead of a guess.

Timeline depends mostly on permitting and weather. Once the permit is in hand we will give you a straight answer on scheduling before any ground is opened.
